Directions: Remove 1 shower steamer from the container. Place it on the floor in back/corner of your shower away from direct stream of water or it will dissolve quickly and you won't feel the benefits of it.
For the best effect, set it on a shelf in the shower as close to you as possible when showering and get the steamer a little wet and take in the vapors it will produce as it dissolves or drop one into a bowl of hot water and sit near it to treat yourself with the scented vapor.
